The date is approaching, fifth of May, or “CINCO DE MAYO”.
We refer to it as “drinko de mayo”. We take the celebration as a big party and accompany it with burritos, tequila, chips & dip…But Cinco de Mayo is more than “red, green and white” and “Viva México”. It is a celebration of Mexican pride and heritage, but why? What are we celebrating?
